All software, branding, and content belong to Obidos Tech unless otherwise noted.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for temporary service unavailability.

6. Data Ownership

Your organization owns its time-tracking data. We process it on your behalf and maintain its security.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages.
• Any loss of data caused by user-side errors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of terms or misuse.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.
